There are two ways that you can get involved.

Financial Giving

We have been actively raising funds for over a year now and we have about half of our travel/lodging expenses covered. What we need are people who will catch this vision and contribute toward our goal of $13,750.00 to purchase all of the equipment and furnishings that we will take to New Orleans in November. We know that this is a large amount of money to most people. But not to our God. We will begin making purchases during the first week of September 2008. Our policy is to give entirely brand new equipment so any non-cash gifts will be sold to make the purchases.

Prayers

Even more importantly, we desire your prayers for this project. As stated above, this is something much greater than any of us. God is using this project to greatly enhance the effectiveness of the local church and prepare them for what He is doing in the hearts of people. The needs that we are meeting have typically been overlooked by missions organizations. The reason for this is the higher priority that other needs take. But we also know that the world is changing and that many times, the production quality of a church service will be the difference between someone listening or walking away.

Please pray for favor with music equipment vendors, that they will be overwhelmed with desire to help us. We are committed to doing as much as possible with the money given, and this plays a major role in us doing that.

Also pray for the needed funds to arrive on time. We will be coordinating all of our purchases as we get closer to our trip and we need for the money to be here when it is needed.

And finally, please pray for our trip. We are believing for safe travel, protection for us and everything with us, great weather and no complications.
